Responsibilities:
- Communicate, solve issues, and negotiate better prices with payment service providers
- Searching for the best payment service providers for a company's business needs
- Identify, analyze, and launch payment methods in different markets
- Ensure technical configuration is ready when setting up new payment methods or service providers
- Stay on top of trends in the payments industry
- Maintain and improve payment authorization rates and acceptance rates
- Support business growth by developing various payment optimization strategies
- Lead payment specialists within the company by controlling their job
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of payment processing, payment schemes, settlement, scheme regulations, reconciliation
- Understanding of payment flows
- Experience with various payment platforms and banks
- Experience in managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions and key payment schemes
- Ability to develop and implement strategy and effectively solve problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and knowledge to influence and lead outcomes internally and externally
- Very good communication and organizing priorities skills
- Team player who can thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced global business and deliver on key business objectives
- Fluent English language
