Our client, a leading professional services business in Oxford, are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who is eager to learn and able to work to tight deadlines.

You will need at least 1 year experience in Administration and ideally an understanding of HR and Recruitment processes. If you have worked within a Recruitment/ HR team, this role would be a great step up.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Publish job adverts and review applications
  • Contact applicants to assess suitability for roles
  • Conduct initial interviews with applicants via Microsoft Teams
  • Identify potential talent and arrange interviews for hiring managers
  • Request references and complete pre-employment checks
  • General administration to support Recruitment Manager
